Who i am
I’m an engineer-turned-coach, a leadership practitioner, and someone who has spent years in the trenches of high-stakes, high-performance environments—leading, building, and navigating complex systems and teams.
I’ve led technical branches. I’ve coached admirals. I’ve supported executives through massive transitions, impossible decisions, and breakthrough moments. I’ve sat in boardrooms, strategy sessions, and deep conversations.
I coach boldly. I serve with heart. And I’m here to help you lead from your most powerful, clear, and grounded self.
Because real leadership doesn’t come from a title. It comes from presence. From insight. From knowing what really matters and having the courage to show up for it.
I’m certified by the International Coaching Federation at the PCC level, certified and experienced in team coaching, and Hogan assessments. Before I become a coach, I started my career as an engineer and I have two degrees: one in chemical engineering and another in systems engineering, and leadership from UC San Diego. My strong technical background and understanding of the industry help me connect with a spectrum of professionals in highly technical organizations. I know that world and speak the language.
