Before I become a coach, I started my career as an engineer and I have two degrees: one in chemical engineering and another in systems engineering, and leadership from UC San Diego. My strong technical background and understanding of the industry help me connect with a spectrum of professionals in highly technical organizations. I know that world and speak the language.
