I’m happy to share that I’ve obtained a new certification: Professional Certified Coach (PCC) from International Coaching Federation!

Oh this is one of the best things that happened in 2024 for me after the birth of my third child, Abraham. I truly believe that “what you’re seeking is seeking you” and that once you set your intention to be on the path and start the journey to the highest truest version of yourself, the universe will conspire to make it happen. The right people will appear to help you and the right opportunities will come your way.

I also believe that it’s all part of the journey. Starting as a medical school student, who went into engineering as a back-up option, then technical project management, then somehow, a full-time executive coach seems like a really unconventional path. But it was my path and it was meant to be and I could not be more grateful.

I certainly wouldn’t have gotten to this milestone without the help, support, guidance, unconditional love, the encouragement, and the trust I so appreciate from my husband, family, friends, clients, supervisors, leaders, coaches, mentors, peers, coworkers, and the amazing community we have at the place I call my second home, NIWC Pacific Naval Information Warfare Center Pacific

This credential is my way to show my commitment to all of you, to the highest ethical practice and standards in industry, to never stop working hard and learning, and to provide you the highest quality service possible every single time I show up for you.
